Vitality Healthcare Institute offers one (1) Merit Scholarship per cohort to a highly motivated and academically prepared student pursuing CNA training.

About the Scholarship

Vitality Healthcare Institute offers one (1) Merit Scholarship per cohort to a highly motivated and academically prepared student pursuing CNA training.

It is offered every third Sunday of the month.

Scholarship Details

  • Only one recipient per cohort

  • Tuition reduced to $750

  • Includes all standard tuition benefits:

  • Books

  • Uniform tops (2)

  • CPR certification

  • CNA exam 

  • CNA lab materials (blood pressure cuff and stethoscope)

Eligibility Requirements

 

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Pass the VHCI Entrance Exam

  • Successfully complete an in-person 

  • Submit a 600-word essay addressing:

  • Why you want to become a CNA 

  • Why you chose to attend VHCI 

  • What qualities make you an excellent candidate

Payment Requirements

  • A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure the scholarship seat.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full 10 days prior to the first day of class.

  • Payment plans are not available for scholarship recipients.

Academic & Conduct Standards

The scholarship recipient must maintain:

Satisfactory attendance

Professional conduct

Academic progress

VHCI reserves the right to revoke the scholarship if policies are violated.

(Applicants not selected for the Merit Scholarship are still eligible to enroll in the CNA program at standard tuition)
