Refund & Cancellation Policy  

By registering for this ACLS course, I understand that:  

 

1. Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

 

2. Rescheduling: I may reschedule my class one time at no additional cost if I notify VHCI at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.

3. Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will require full repayment to register for a future class.  

​

4. Late Arrival: If I arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may be denied entry and must reschedule at my own expense.
