BLS Student Policies
Students must attest that they understand and agree to the following:

1. Course Requirements
I understand I must bring a valid photo ID and any required course materials (as instructed in my confirmation email).

2. Refund & Cancellation
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

3. Rescheduling
I may reschedule one time at no cost with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows require paying the full course fee again.

4. Late Arrival
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in denial of entry and will require rescheduling at my expense.
5. Successful Completion Requirements
I must meet all course requirements, including skills demonstration and written exams, to receive an eCard.
6. Behavior Policy
Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will result in dismissal without refund.

7. ECard Processing
– I understand eCards are issued within 24–48 hours after successful course completion.
