We’ve made the enrollment process straightforward and stress-free. Begin by completing our easy online application form and read the admission requirements. A $10 Application Fee is required.​
 

  • Provide 2 forms of Government issued ID: Social Security Card and Picture ID

  • Must be a legal US Citizen or approved immigrant status

  • Criminal Background Check 

  • Please note both Government issued ID names must match.

  • 18 Years of age or older

  • Must be able to comprehend on a 6th grade reading level.

  • Entrance assessment 

  • Negative PPD/ Chest X-Ray

  • High School diploma/GED
